RMA Shipping?

Hey all sorry if this is the wrong place for this. I had to RMA my steam deck a few weeks ago. I got an email today that it's getting ready for shipment which got me excited, but for whatever reason it is shipping to my old address. I've emailed steam and am waiting for a response, but am a little worried. Anyone have a similar experience?

EDIT: They made me put in my current address when i requested the RMA. According to fedex it's shipping to my current address. Double checking, it appears as though steam sent me the same page they sent when i first bought it, and that's why my old address was in there. Let's hope that's the end of it

Well i emailed them and called fedex. I also called my old apartment building who said they could hold it. They haven't responded to my email yet (steam i mean). I just don't want my steam deck to be gone.

Document everything, and I do mean: everything. Date and time of call/s. Who you spoke with. If it wasn't clear, ask for spelling of name. Make copies of documents. Keep all emails.

Prob. preaching to the choir but in general, if a company wants an "out," it'll find one.

Valve insures every shipment. There is nothing to worry about when they are willing to do a short investigation and ship out a new one even before they fill out their insurance claim.
