Monitor, not too much bright

Hello,
I had Benq XL2411z and he has option "blur reduction", which reduced the brightness of the colors. My eyes are already used to the low brightness level, but now i have to choose benq XL2411K or msi optix G241. Which monitor will be better for eye safeness from blue light and the colors will not be so much bright ? Thanks for help !

blur reduction is backlight strobing

it turns off the backlight when the lcd panel is changing colors


and the 'blue light' is a complete myth
its blamed for eyes not changing focus for long time while staring at displays for hours at a time
if it was real, staring at the sky would have killed millions already

If they're too bright just turn the brightness down. Do so via Windows Display settings or Nvidia or AMD control panel

on any display use its ocd menu and turn down backlight to 75% or less
will make the leds last much longer

most mfgs overdrive them or do not have good enough cooling for full brightness for long periods of time
