Help on choosing a GPU: 6700XT or RTX 3060 Ti? *2K gaming, drivers, longevity support
I am looking forward to get one of these GPUs...

The benchmarks on these 2 are neck to neck, some games performs slightly better in one and other games in the other.

The hardware that will be running on is a
Ryzen 5 5600X
16GB 3200Mhz, 32GB later on.
Sticking on W10, perhaps W11 years later.
2K gaming 60FPS

What is your experience on these cards?
What do you recommend and why?
How supportive and stable are the DRIVERS?

Thanks in advance.

Probably want to look for something more powerful for 1440p.
Newegg has RTX 3070 Ti for $650 currently.

If you can`t afford better then I would go with RTX 3060 Ti, my own personal experience with drivers has always been better with Nvidia and you have better ray tracing support.

I don't live in the US, the prices and currency aren't the same as the US dollars and market, so the hardware it is more expensive and taxation.
A 3070 Ti costs $700+ with taxes
Anyway, I'll consider 3060 Ti for drivers.

What about the Nvidia DLSS in comparison to FSR from AMD?

Can`t really tell about comparison, FSR is new and last time I had AMD card was three years ago. Can probably find some comparison video on YouTube.
Performance should favor the RX 6700 XT more often than not over the RTX 3060 Ti, though they won't be worlds apart, and in some cases the latter does perform at par or even slightly better. In general, the RX 6700 XT has higher average rasterized performance, but will lose out in ray tracing performance. I get the impression the former will age better too, owing partly to it's higher fill rate and bandwidth, but also it's higher VRAM. The RTX 3060 Ti and RTX 3070 were given the short stick in this regard by nVidia.

If pricing on the RTX 3060 Ti is a bit lower, than either are a good choice. If pricing is around the same for both, or worse if it's higher for the RTX 3060 Ti, then I'd say the RX 6700 XT is the favorable option.

FSR isn't exclusive to AMD like DLSS is to nVidia (and even then you need a high enough generation). I have a GTX 1060 and was able to use it Asterigos, which is amusing because no DLSS version will work on my GPU.

I'm very partial to native rendering when I can, but when I did try FSR, it was pretty nice. I would have had to lower settings in that title to a point it somewhat (though not drastically) compromised the look, at least on some details. With FSR I was able to maintain pretty near the highest settings.

I've heard that right now by far and away the best deals are on AMD.

At 650USD, I'd rather get the PowerColor RX 6800 XT at the same price, for rasterize gaming, it'd outpace the RTX 3070 Ti. IF RT performance is a major factor, then yes, the RTX 3070 Ti would be the better choice. Do bear in mind that the RX 6800 XT has 16GB of VRAM, the RTX 3070 Ti has half of that.
