I have a audit failure in event viewer that seems to occur either during an online game or when I launch one.

Code integrity determined that the image hash of a file is not valid. The file could be corrupt due to unauthorized modification or the invalid hash could indicate a potential disk device error.

File Name: \Device\HarddiskVolume4\Windows\System32\eac_usermode

There is a bunch of numbers after that but not posting for my security reasons, It is under windows security, system integrity category. I am a paranoid person so I'm a little worried it could be something malicious though I would not know how it would come to be on my computer as I only ever use youtube. I have done a virus scan using windows defender and is clean but still cant help but feel paranoid, I have also done a SFC scan as well that has come up clean. I'm also wondering if it could be due to the recent windows update that has been released recently that maybe mistaking this as an error. Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance as I wont be able to reply to everyone.

Thank you for your reply, I just seen something on reddit saying it was easy anti cheat casuing this problem which I would of seen if I read it properly. eac was the hint, sorry for wasting your time and thank you as well for your response.

Hello i´ve been having an issue with a game (hunt showdown) crashing to desktop randomly with no error message and i find similar errors on event viewer, did you get to nvestigate this further?
