or Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard.

If it doesn't, how could I get wifi?

No... you will have to get a PCI Wifi card.

not many non oem m-atx mobos have built in wifi

more itx boards have wifi sicne they are desigend for small cases and have only 1 pci-e slot

It doesn't, and there are cards you can put into PCI slots on your motherboard. Installing such a card is very easy and won't take a lot of time at all
