Dell Optiplex 755 Motherboard Upgrade
I own an Optiplex 755 Mid-Tower, however my current motherboard limits the kinds of graphics cards I can use, as well as the ram and CPU. Anyone have any suggestions or info for a motherboard upgrade? I imagine it could fit a micro-atx at the biggest. The main issue is that the case is laid out differently then most other PC's. If your're looking at it from the front, the side panel opens on the right, not the left. Thats the main issue, I can't find a motherboard that can fit a layout/case like this.

I doubt it's limiting anything.

If you want to game, the absolute best solution without upgrading anything else is adding the 750 ti.

Or, as it stands, certain 950's can be plugged in without extra power cables. The 950 is more powerful than the 750 ti. I suggest that.

when upgrading an oem pc
new mobo = new case and a few other components (card reader, cd drive possibly)

with a new case, you can add any gpu that will fit in it, and any standard atx power supply
