Also download the latest "Logitech Gaming Software" from Logitech site (from here)
http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/g35-surround-sound-headset#download
^ Select OS and version (32bit vs 64bit) based on what OS u currently are using.
Then install and setup that software, if available, update the headset's Firmware
