4pin fans can be controlled, 3pin fans, especially those connected to a 4pin molex will always run at full speed.
so i would have to actually install a fan controller? if it would even work
i mean its not that big of an issue, but the sound of a fan going 60k rpm and making a grinding sound on a brand new computer doesnt sound good
if you are using molex adapters the fan will be at full speed all of the time
I just used the 3 pin connecter, and connected it to system fans. im trying to reduce my fan speed but no matter how i change it, it just wont slow down lol
check for fan profiles
it should have settings for the case fan header (dont change the cpu fan header settings)
else you can use speedfan to adjust it

which one is my case fan?
You don't always need the 4-pin PWM fans in order to adjust speed, I've adjusted the speed of who knows how many 3-pin fans from the board. You just need a board capable of it.
However, since your board only has one fan out, you'll need to either connect more than one fan with an adapter to that out (not too recommended) or find a different solution, such as getting a fan controller.
The Sunbeam Rheobus is a great, well built controller on the cheap that has heatsinks for the FETs that control the fans, for example. I'd highly suggest that one.
If you want something even better, you can opt for a Lamptron but it would be overkill for your case.
most likely sys_fan
but 65,000rpm is very high for its fan readings
stock cpu fans shoudl max around 6,000rpm
most 120+mm fans around 1,500rpm
its voltages are all reading 0/4/2v so that wrong
check with the mobo mft site, see if they offer a suite for monitoring temps/fans ect..
