[MICE] Turn off XHCI/EHCI for better latency
For some reason most motherboards enable hand-off by default, skipping your built-in usb controllers for windows' built in control. for smoother mouse input and better sound for your DAC, you should disable hand-off for xhci and ehci for windows 7 and above.
