Game keeps crashing randomly

I know Apex Legends isnt on steam but every now and then when I play apex it just closes for no reason. When I check event viewer it says this everytime

"Unable to collect NUMA physical memory utilization data. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the status code."

Not sure what it means, help anyone?

I play the game at almost the lowest settings to get 144 fps at 1440p
