I'd like to know how I am still able to boot up my pc even though they aren't compat?

not compat is not always mean "not work totally", usually it mean, you can't use full capabilities and max performance = waste of money

it may work, but not at its intended specs/performance
weak vrm will throttle or start on fire when it overheats
*note the 95w limit and do not stress warnings
