New GPU No Signal Error With Nvidia GeForce GT 730 2GB GDDR5
So i just received my Nvidia GeForce GT 730 2GB GDDR5. So after i uninstalled my previous gpu drivers and installed the GT 730 and rebooted my pc and i have sicome to the error i have made 100 % that it is not a driver issue, i have a 287.6 Watt PSU and the gpu needs a 300 Watt PSU but i don think it would disable the graphic please correct me if im wrong. so what im asking is anyone have a fix or know what my issue is???

Even a GTX 750 can work on a 250W PSU; so that shouldn't be an issue.

Download and run DDU and follow the instructions on performing a clean GPU Driver Uninstall / Re-Install

Make sure any Display you're using is physically connected to the NVIDIA GPU.

Are you talking about a no signal on your monitor?

Yes

So if your question is you cannot see anything on your monitor(that's what I'm assuming)either your cords are bad or they are not plugged in properly. Make sure the VGA/HDMI cord or whatever you are using goes from the graphics card to the monitor, do not plug in to the on-board port on the motherboard if you are

- remove the NVIDIA GPU
- connect via onboard GPU
- download BIOS for your system model from Dell.com/Support
- run the bios update and apply it
- once you are ready to reboot, do so, then enter the BIOS, load optimized defaults, save & exit
- once you reach OS desktop again, Shutdown
- disconnect power and install your new GPU
- connect Display(s) to new GPU and power on

I'm going to take a wild guess and assume you are using DVI on a pretty old monitor.
Try a VGA cable.
Use the DVI to VGA converter (if you have one) and see if it magically works.

Yes if your GPU has two DVI ports; only one can use the VGA adapter.
As one DVI will be "Digital Only"

one port should be marked div-i and the other dvi-d
make sure the dvi-vga adapter is plugged into the dvi-i port
