When I startup my PC a thing comes up saying something about client MAC address and then exiting pxe.rom and it say Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key, I pressed a key and the MAC address thing and it's in a loop, Help

It's attempting a network boot because it can't find your hard drive.
It may be a dead disk or just disabled from startup.
Remove any USB devices and look for the "Select Boot Device" or "Boost Options" prompt on your BIOS/UEFI POST screen (Usually F12). If you don't see a hard drive, try going to the setup or diagnostic options.
You'll have to look up the Hotkeys for your model.
Worst case scenario for this is a bad controller or dead hard drive.

If there is no disk there, then it isn't being detected. It may have died. Dive into your BIOS/UEFI and start hunting.
Was this an HDD or an SSD?

First things first.

Make sure the power cable and data cable connected to the hard drive are secure. Have your computer powered off, then unplug the cables and reconnect them and power on your computer.

If it works well and things boot - hopefully the issue is solved.

If it doesn't work, power the computer down again and plug the hard drive into a different SATA port on the MB.
If that doesn't work, try a different SATA cable.
If that doesn't work, most likely the HDD has went kaput.

So I started up my PC and This happens

what are you trying to boot from?.. you need to change your boot device in the bios to boot your operating system from the hard drive

assuming the hard drive or operating system is still functional.. right now its trying to boot from lan

I think you need to get your manual out and read up on how to get into bios then look at boot priority and see if the hdd is even recognized and selected as 1st boot.

Like others said double check sata and power cables between mobo and hdd even reset/clear bios as a last ditch effort.

If the hdd doesn't physically show in bios it's probably dead, if it shows in bios but can't boot you might have inadvertently damaged your install so reinstall windows.

Handy little ^ gadget if you pull the drive out and fire it up on another pc so you can see if the hdd is working or if there are files/folders on the drive.

What motherboard are you dealing with, do you have the manual, do you have access to another pc/tablet to access the internet to download a manual if you don't have a paper one?

Depending on what mobo it's Del during boot to get to Bios and F12 to get to boot priority or whatever it's called on whatever mobo you have.

W10 defaults to a UEFI install. If you have an MBR partition table, typical for W7, you have to select the option that shows both , usually F1 but may vary. Try selecting the non UEFI version to install on. Assuming you are installing W10., don't know, as it is unclear if this is after a successful W10 install, or not

If your W10 was working before after an upgrade from W7, your MBR could be corrupted, but that can be recovered
