Stretching
Hello, so i played CS GO stretched and now it won't stretch again, I just turned it on and no stretch,I tried everything: Reinstall,Settings check,restretch,youtube,weird settings
Nothing works, any tips?

What GPU, Display and Resolution? As those are key here and is where u would control all of that.

Gpu is intel
Display 4:3
1152:864

Intel graphics thing panel i worked before...

Ok well that IS a 4:3 resolution already; so what is the issue?
Just because you set a resolution for Desktop does not mean this same res will be used in-game; the res u wish to use must then be set in-game as desired.
