I3 3220, 8gb ram
I did some reserch and I saw many ppl said that this card isn't really good, but at the meantime I asked some ppl and they said this psu is suitable for this card, so now i am confuse LOL

The performance of the GPU and the power it consumes isn't directly related as long as you have adequate supply of it.

the i3 build is lower power, under 250w without a gpu
the gtx 960 is around 120w
should be under 350w for the complete build

id still get a better quality power supply
i cant find any info on the avf650w
what to look for
active pfc, will not have a 110/220v switch and be able to take 90-250v ac
if it has a switch or is not rated for 90-250v its passive pfc and a 15+ year old design
80+ bronze or better (not 85+ or other, those are fake)

Even a CX-430 would do just fine. GTX 960 doesn't need much

well i think this isn't about the watts,it's about the quality,it seems like corsair is way better than avf lol

Still depends on model of PSU; Corsair CX are quite low end quality; but again u don't need top-notch for such a GPU.

But yea look up the brand/model; if u can't find much, chances are it's crap.

What if my psu is a crap ( which i ady think it is ) , what will happen lol? will it burn?

I mean, it has enough power, but tat psu is juz a crap. I have been using this psu for 2 years for gtx650, but ntg happened.

Something like an EVGA 500B or SuperNOVA NEX 650 should work fine. They are Tier 3 PSUs and not crap. If you don't mind non-modular PSUs, the XFX TS 550w is a Tier 2 PSU and the best bang for the buck.

if the psu is overrated by double it will be close

Actaully i dk i have tat budget or not lol my parents keep wanting me to cut the price lower, so I juz wan to knw if my psu can work lol, i mean, don really need 100% ,maybe somedays i will change it but i guess not now

Beside, i saw tat gtx960 need +12v rails 28A ,but my psu only have 25A, will it really affect anything?
