Screen is gittery and gives static during games (Radeon R9 270x).

My screen has started to jump around and give a bunch of gray static when gaming (meaning the image gets all gittery). I just replaced my motherboard and psu about a week ago so I know it can't be that. I've also gotten an orange screen (last night is was a gray screen) and my computer completely freezes (sometimes it just gives me a bunch of orange particles around the screen).

Is my graphics card dying? It's been running great for two years until now.

Maybe, do you have screenshots of that issue?
Could be a broken/incompatible videodriver as well. Try updating/reinstalling or if all else fails, downgrading the driver.
