Your cpu and Mobo do not match sockets. You should go for 500W for some overhead, and I don't see a case.

You can't use AMD CPU on an Intel socket. And don't go AMD use Intel Skylake instead.

avoid amd cpus and mobos at this point

go with i3 6100 and ddr4 build
that with the gtx 970 will play any current game at high-max settings 1080p 60+ fps
