Did u try to install something just prior to this occurring?
Microsoft Office for example

Try this firstly:
click Cortana search box, type command
when u see Command Prompt as a result, right click that and click on Run As Admin

in the Command Prompt window, type
SFC /SCANNOW
and let it scan til completed

The result said that: "Window Resource protection did not find any integrity violations".
Any other idea of fixing it?

it happen too often... it's freaking annoying.
If it starts then restarts by itself it could be the bios re-trying to find a compatible memory setting. This can happen when changing settings for overclocking. Fix is to reset the bios to defaults. You might want to try this anyway.

As it has happened after a windows update, it is possible that the windows update hasn't installed properly. Open the control panel check for any failed updates. My pc currently has a message "We can't install some updates because other updates are in progress. Restarting your computer may help, and we'll keep trying to update." Your pc may be retrying to install something.

Another option is to give your cards a jiggle in case its a poor electrical contact e.g. you unplugged the monitor cable which wobbled the gpu card.
^ That too; reboot and then go right into Settings > Updates & Security > Windows Updates > History and check for failed updates. Then click Check for Updates and see what it does from there.
I'm having the same problem, it is annoying; also right after windows update. No failed updates. Did this before Aug. last year, because that's when I got a new power supply because I thought that was the problem (new one: EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G2) after that it was fine, now its doing it again. Ughh

I'm glad I am not the only one with the problem at least!

Guys, have you got your o/s on ssd or hdd? When I first upgraded to Win10, when booting sometimes it wouldn't detect my o/s ssd or my data hdd.

I did a fresh install to ssd for Win10. Doing so added a new pseudo disk (AHCI I think) to the bios list of drives. So I had AHCI Windows, Drive c (SSD) and drive e (HDD).

When booting the system would stop with a message on screen saying no boot device (or similar). I manually reset the boot disk to the AHCI drive about 4 times before the problem disappeared. I also unplugged and replugged in the drives.
