I can watch 1080p 60fps with a 10mbps download speed connection so I guess 20mbps download is enough if they ever add 1440p 60fps
What are your results on speedtest.net ?
If you have others on that connection; then you generally need more than this.
What ISP do you have?
Also what browser are you viewing this in?
what cpu?
It stutters and acts up just loading simple pages.
Plus with ones like Edge or Chrome; you don't have to worry about Adobe Flash being up-to-date; the browsers do that for you, or is done when doing "checks for updates" and installing the latest browser update. Firefox you have to manually update plugins and such, and it uses old ones still (like Adobe Flash) that have been ridden from other browsers cause we don't need it.
You still have not shared any real info, just the "Why wont it work"...
Run these 5 times each; share the one for each that seems most stable/accurate:
SpeedTest.net
PingTest.net (requires Java)
What is your ISP plan rated for down & up speeds?
Is the PC connected to Modem/Router network via Wired or Wireless?
