its a fully new pc, my motherboard is an asus maximus VIII hero

ok so you have a uefi. you can see the drive so no need to go to the boot setup.
this is really hard for me becuase I can't see. But if you have a mbr and uefi bios is setup right. you should see a drive in your explorer window when you check the "this pc" listed on the left. if you've restarted.

its not there so I guess its not set up properly
okay

right click the start button on the taskbar. select disk management. in your pc it should show you the drives installed. pics would help.
