Of course you won't get 60 fps at 1080p, 770 is slightly worse than a GTX 960.

And would be much better than anything from 600/700 series.
Or get a new GTX 1060 6GB for around $300
Well in some other videos it's the opposite but not by a big difference.
Problem with the 690 is its limited Vram, 2GB is no where near enough for modern games. I know the 780 Ti only has 3GB, but that extra gig makes a world of difference.
