I listed my specs and games so u could get an idea of my fps
GTX 1060 and i5 should have no problem running 144 Hz monitor.
Benq RL2455HM is 60 Hz and this model is also more of a console player monitor.
Some games like ark is very unoptimized and running on ultra won't be able to maintain the 144hz even on just a 1080p with a 1060 as even the 980 ti's had issues.
It will be enough for going on high settings and get decent fps still though.
Also you dont really need to get 144 fps all the time to still have much smoother gaming experience then with 60 Hz monitor.
Besides, decent G-sync monitor would cost more then twice as much.
