No, as a rule, most laptop components are soldered to the motherboard. There are some higher end laptops that can be upgraded, but these are few and far between.

Save up, get Intel CPU + NVIDIA GPU Laptop; or Build a decent Desktop; as you can do custom desktop for ALOT cheaper then a high-end gaming capable laptop.

This why it is best to avoid Laptops for high-end gaming; they'll last you MAYBE 3 years if it was top-notch for AAA title games; beyond that, good luck.
