The solution is to either use better shielded cables for your audio or video equipment. Make sure the audio cables coming out of the back of your computer are not resting or touching another cable that it could be receiving interference from. If better cables don't resolve the issue the interference is coming from the motherboard, you might need to invest in a small DAC to plug your speakers into to filter out the noise.
I should know because I experienced this with my headphones years ago. I ended up buying a Schiit Hel DAC for my headphones. Problem solved.
*Edit* If you're running games at very high frame rates without VSYNC enabled can also cause this to happen.
*Edit2* Here's what I pulled up on a quick internet search: https://forums.tomsguide.com/threads/buzzing-noise-from-speakers-only-when-playing-games.318580/
if using hdmi from the gpu for audio, it will not get any interference
if you are using the mobos onboard analog 3.5mm jacks then its due the the poor filtering on the analog sound processing amplifying, or very poor 5v on the psu, lots or ripple/noise in the rail
I have disconnected the audio from the motherboard and used my monitor as a DAC to my amplifier and now the buzz is gone. So it was indeed EMI. Thanks for all help!
