Mic keeps muting itself

I tried every possible solution, I updated the drivers and everything but for some reason after a while it mutes itself to 0 every single time. Can anyone help me?

What do you have for:
- OS
- Motherboard (or what is the Onboard Audio)
- Headset or Mic you using

Firstly, go to Playback/Recording in Windows > click the Communications tab and select "Do Nothing"

OS is Windows 10
Motherboard is Z170A PC Mate
Headset is G430

Onboard Audio is Realtek HD Audio

Right click the sound icon in the bottom right of your task bar > select Playback devices > select Communications tab > tick Do nothing

It keeps on muting itself still
