Need help setting up multiple ports for multiple devices.
So, currently there are 3 devices that require ports to be opened, a desktop PC with ethernet connection, an Xbox One with ethernet connection and my laptop with currently only wifi connection.

I have opened ports 3074 and 3075 TCP and UDP for the desktop and Xb1 and the NATs are open on Call of Duty but I've also opened 3076 ports UDP and TCP for my laptop but the NAT is moderate? I also have setup other required ports for the desktop computer and also for my laptop and for the laptop I've set the port a number higher than the normal one.

you only need to forward ports to host games

if the isp is blocking ports, there i no way around it

No, that's not the case. I've forwarded the ports before and my NAT type has changed to open.

Have you reserved each device a static IP on the router?

I expect you have but just a thought.

for multiple devices using the same router, you will need to enable Upnp.
The xbox uses the same ports as the PC and forwarding the ports to 1 device will make the ports unavailable to the other devices.

For the desktop PC, yes. For Xbox, no, but it has had the same IP since I got it. For my laptop, yes.

My IP's never change so there's really no reason to make a static IP.

It's enabled by default.

And also I get strict NAT if I use 3074 ports for both the desktop pc and the console.

here are the ports required for BO3.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III TCP(3074, 27014-27050) UDP(3074, 3478, 4379-4380, 27000-27031, 27036)
As listed here.
http://portforward.com/english/applications/port_forwarding/publishers/Activision.htm
Some of these ports are Steam ports and some are used by BO3. If you port forward these ports to a single devive, they will not be available for other devices.
