Just redo them. But yes most likely your Driver has been auto-updated; Win10 will do this without asking. When it does, everything in NVIDIA-CP goes back to defaults.

I did, I deleted all of them and put them back in.. The ones that I really need though only work with interlaced and not progressive.. and only progressive resolutions seems to be showing up

Do you have NVIDIA DSR enabled at all? Custom Resolutions can't work if DSR is enabled.

DSR is disabled.. I just checked, Besides i'd really prefer to use a custom resolution rather than resort to DSR since DSR takes more frames..

I was just stating that cause NVIDIA says that Custom Res / Refresh a user had setup, will get disabled for use whenever DSR is enabled.

What is your GPU and OS? Latest Driver is not always the best.

PNY GTX 960 and Windows 10

And the driver I'm using is the game ready one for mankind divided and No mans sky, it was working the the other day after I had installed the driver.. But now it's refusing to show my interlaced resolutions even if I roll back my drivers

Then DDU out the Drivers and redo them. More then likely, Win10 Windows Updates auto-updated your driver to a newer one without asking, which is normal in Win10 and as such all custom settings were wiped out upon driver change.

GTX 900 series then you should be using 365.19 WHQL, nothing newer, as those have no benefits for these older GPUs.

Alright.. So go back to 365.19 WHQL... And what is DDU exactly? Beg you're pardon but I've never heard that before

DDU is how u wipe GPU Drivers correctly:

Use DDU prior to any GPU Driver change-ups.
