What is the normal temp for AMD K16 CPU in a non-gaming laptop?
Hey guys, i need some help. I played RL the other day (it was a really hot weather for 2 days) and my CPU did hit 94 Celsius. And it was on 90 celsius idle temp.. but just cuz of the hot weather. Now the weather is nice and cool outside and i played some RL today too. My CPU temp was about 86-90 and it was around 50 celsius on idle. And yeah.. i played Gmod yesterday and it was around 86-90 celsius just like at RL (Rocket League). After i close games it lowers to around 70 celsius in 1 min and to 57 in around 3 mins. Is it normal for a AMD K16 CPU in a non-gaming laptop? Please help.

Even for a laptop, that's way to hot.

notebook cpus have a max of 90-100c
60-70c is normal

if its running hot, clean its vents with an aircompressor or cans of compressed air
and get a laptop cooling pad

Yes I've just finished doing an ICT course at school so I know what I'm on about.

I know this is old, but... What the ♥♥♥♥ is an ICT?
Also, How many years have you used the laptop and not changed the thermal compound?
