Maximus VIII Hero Chipset Drivers

There are two drivers for the chipset on the Maximus VIII Hero. One looks like a driver and the other a utility. Should both be installed for Win 10 and if so which should be installed first?

Just get all the drivers from the chipset makers instead; those are out of date quite a bit.

But update to latest BIOS from ASUS off that page:
