or if the port is lifted frm the gpu board
look for damage on the gpus hdmi port
Might need a magnifying glass and flashlight.
But when you try a new HDMI cable between PS4 and the same HDMI-In on your TV; the port on the TV-side works?
Does the GPU only have 1x HDMI port?
What other ports does it have available? As it is possible to either get another cable, or an adapter. Such as DVI-to-HDMI Cable for example.
If there does not appear to be physical damage either inside on where the port meets the board side on the GPU card, but it is still failing to work, RMA the GPU under warranty through the manufacture.

- Remove and re-seat the GPU.
- another/different HDMI cable; then ensure the TV is powered-on and correct Input is selected, prior to PC power-on.
- RMA the GPU to maker for replacement, under warranty.
- Get a different Cable or Adapter; such as DVI -to- HDMI Cable;
or DVI Male -to- HDMI Female Adapter coupled with an HDMI male to male cable.
