Method to find out info about GPU?

I know I have a GTX 970, however I would like to learn what exact model/brand it is.

to get the exact model, you will need to look at the sticker on the card

I have GeForce Experience. How do I find out information from there?

I only know from GPU-Z but there it would be very obvious because it would say what it is on the first screen.

I remember it was from EVGA. However, GeForce Experience only tells me "GTX 970".

Hey if you have EVGA Precision the monitoring utility it tells you the version when you open up the utility... Like this. http://i.imgur.com/9nt9Hzd.png
