did you update to windows 10 from 7-8?

if so, get the correct drivers
chipset drivers from intel
audio/lan from realtek
gpu driver from intel and nvidia
I bought the laptop with windows 10 home in it, everything was fine for first time on the laptop i updated the drivers to the new 368.39, after a while a kinda like upgrade of windows 10 home came out and after i have done that update the video tdr issue started. I checked the newest driver and it said it isnt compatible with windows 10, i took a really old one and after 3 days it didnt wanted to respon anymore. Now i installed the 368.22 version of the 970m gtx which i have and put the energie options in the 3d options of nvidia on max performance... so far it works again but i asume it will happen again...

I will check for the audio and chipset drivers i wasnt checking them so far.

I've checked now everything and only the Realtek High Definition Audio driver wasnt updated. Now it is, i will come back here if i get the video tdr problem again. If not make a new diskussion thank you so far :)

DDU out the drivers... clean install latest Intel HD GPU Driver from Intel.com for your model of Intel GPU; and then get NVIDIA 365.xx WHQL driver for your Mobile series of GPU from Gefroce.com/Drivers > Manual select GPU Model & OS. Don't let Geforce Experience update drivers, or Windows Updates.

This, and make sure Temps arent an issue while gaming as well as that can make the driver crash also.
I would also download "TDR Manipulator" app and run this and change the TDR settings; as in Win8/10 they are by default set way too low, and because of this, most GPUs can trip that lower timing quite easily.

Here's the setting NVIDIA recommends using:

Thanks for the support. Yesterday my cpu was for 10 minutes on 73 degrees for some reason while playing the witcher 3 and fell down to 59 to 65 normally later ingame
CPU & GPU while playing on Gaming Laptops, it is normal for those to run upwards of 85*C when under high/full loads.
Its not normal you should emediatly do something about that !
50°-70° are the limits
Limits for what? Laptops limits are 95-105*C for both CPUs & GPUs
Trust me, I know. But yea yours is fine in that regard; under 70*C isn't even hot for Laptop CPUs/GPUs

Your right, but you definetly dont want to reach these degrees just because these are the true limits. Turn down your graphics in the game maybe it'll keep the degrees lower. But 85°degrees will not survive a year in my opinion. Everytime this happened to me, i went to buy more cooling or googling some situation and turning down the power of the cpu and gpu. For a laptop damn, first time i have one id probably search for the turbo coolers which look like jet turbines and the notebook stand coolers. Otherwise i would use the laptop more carefully and play lower end games on it like csgo or overwatch. They use good performance for low end laptops (doesnt mean you have a low end).
In most laptops, 60-70*C is just during light loads in the OS; so really IDK what you're on about. Gaming Laptops tend to be able to run games @ 80-85*C all day for the life of the laptop. Maybe some more expensive ones with better cooling don't run this hot, but still it's not as if these temp ranges are a problem for the hardware.

If your complaining about thermal problems with laptops then why did you buy a laptop? Desktops will always have better cooling.
I'm just saying... OP seems to think his it running even nearly hot; well it's not...

And if you intend to keep Win10 and have it running all correctly, clean install it.

I was talking to the OP not you.
Oh ok... yea no problems.

But yea I mean if all OP is seeing is maybe 70*C for CPU/GPU; then yea that is a non-issue.
As it's staying cooled just fine.
