use hwmonitor, it logs min/max temps
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
alt+tab takes long enough for the cpu/gpu to drop 20+c
It really doesn't matter what it's on but this ^ gives you an idea of why your temps aren't stellar.
Depends what speed the fan is spinning also and how many volts you're pumping to it.
Short story, tx3 falls way short of the older ocz vendetta 2 which is not as good as the 212evo.
IIRC, the FX6300 threshold is 62c.

Some reference for you ^ .
hwmonitor is one of software I use to monitor temps though I think some of the lower temps for the CPU might not be accurate since it falls below room temps sometimes.
I get 16C.
It flucuates between 20C to 29C at idle.
And I'm about to check what my load temps are I tend to forget since I have been playing around with the overclock recently but I have mines at stock speeds. I think mine load temps were similliar to yours but I just want to double check.
edit: I also have the fan curve set to the lowest setting in the bios since it was spinning too fast when I first got it.
HWmonitor showed
52C max
83% max CPU usage
1880rpm max fan speed
I am guessing those are the temps you have are normal. Mines could probably go higher than that. I don't the TX3 is the best cooler for overclocking but it is much better than the stock cooler. 212 EVO would have been a much better choice but I am not sure if it will fit in my case.

The one under AMD FX-6300
Odd mines looks a little different from yours. I don't have the CPU and Mainbaord. Maybe because we have different motherboards.

Where is show CPU and Mainboard on yours it shows for me TMPIN0(Motherboard) TMPIN1(Northbridge) TMPIN2(socket).
That's what my hwmonitor looks like too with FX8350 and ya you go by the CPU Temp not the package.
That is the northbride temp yeah I thought it was weird too. I think when I overclock it the CPU actually starts to become hotter than the northbridge.

i want to know if they are in the range of the safe temperatures
