First ensure you have Logitech Gaming Software installed for your OS:
http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/g300s-gaming-mouse#download
Select OS and then 32bit or 64bit > Download

install logi gaming software
create macros
assign them to mouse macro buttons
profit
