Can you play smooth 30 fps (like console) on PC?

Well, some games aren´t optimized at all or maybe the graphics card is starting to get old. Sometimes looks like a good idea to cap fps to 30 in order to play like console. However, whenever i cap it to 30 fps, it feels very bad, not like 30 fps on console, even on the same monitor.

So, is there any way to cap PC games at 30 and feel it smooth? I tried adaptative vsync, rivatuner (fps cap, scanline sync x/2, etc), nvidia profile inspector, nvidia control panel and nothing.

And it has NOTHING to do with 30 FPS gaming even. Last I checked, we don't use antiquated DVD player software to game.

Thanks again James for showing you don't know what you're talking about. Also SVP Pro offers a better version, that even works on BluRay, HDR, 3D etc etc and higher refresh rates and not limited to 48 Frames and works for VLC etc etc.

Again, thank you for showing why people don't ever agree with your posts. Thinking something that is hardware wired in Smart TV's, is in your monitors, due to Software interpolation... LOL

powerdvd is software for playing dvds. That's it.

It has nothing to do with anything else on your system and if you think it does, you should probably give up your pc for an iphone because not being in a controlled environment is dangerous for you.

The reason that 30 FPS video is smooth is because of slow motion that cause less flicker each frame and less burring. I told you again, and again.

With no evidence proved to show different between slow and fast motion in 30 FPS video I asked for. So, therefore, Komarimaru's claim about eye issue is false.
