I just went from an amd fx8350 to a intel 4770 and its a night and day difference... I would go intel/nvidia.

Its really easy to build your own. You could get a z87 chipset and a intel 4360, 2 core with htt (I have one in a htpc), and spend more money on a card.. maybe a 750ti.

r5 card is too slow for gaming
fx 4000 is the quads, a pentium g will be much better for the same prcie
fx 6300 isnt much better, same core performance with 2 more cores (i3 can beat it in games, and match its overall performance)

and the amd a4 apu build is worhless, poor cpu and gpu for gaming to beging with

$700 usd can buy a good gaming pc if you are willing to assemble it and install windows

if you want a prebuilt, get a good $500 pc and add a $50 psu and $150 gpu
