[SOLVED] How do you change the Polling rate of the mouse of a Zowie FK1?
Due to its no driver nature, unlike some mouses, I can't tell how to get 500 HZ (this is just more easier to control. Google and Zowie itself doesn't tell me how to do it.

I don't know if you've figured this out yet, but apparently if you still have the box, it tells you there. Mouse5 is 500hz, Mouse 4 is 1000hz, and Mouse4+5 is 125hz. You will have to unplug the mouse, hold the buttons down, then plug it in.

To check your polling rate, you can use something called DIMR.exe or Mouserate.exe found through Google.

Ah, I see. I put the box some where I can't find it but thanks for the information. Now to find that box for further reference...

Edit; got it, did it and now I feel like I got the aim back in my hand. Horrible at 1000Hz, feels like acceleration.

Hey mate, you still looking to fix this? If so, hold the front side button down while plugging the mouse in, it will produce 500hz.

I plan to buy the Zowie EC1-A or EC2-A since I don't like the FK because of Claw Grip. I heard the Zowie mice have weird DPI's. Like 450, 850,1110, then 1450. I dont know if its those exact ones but I know it didnt say 400,800,1600,3200 like it says on website. Does it have 400 DPI? thats all I need lol.

@Taylor
The first EC got the "weird" dpi steps. It was 450, 1150 & 2300, it has sth to do with built in sensor (ADNS-3090) and the lense.
Mouses have a native resolution and then they scale. Besides the real dpi steps may vary a little on each mouse (again the lens, sensor, distance & underground).
The new EC (EC-A) got 400, 800, 1600, 3200 dpi steps and a different sensor (3310), it's about 6gr lighter and the click latency is about 10ms faster (still 5-6ms slower than a g300).
