Because it's a very outdated motherboard. Intel socket 775, which makes is like 4-5 generations back. I don't see any reason to buy something like that, except replacing a faulty one.

Why would you buy that motherboard? G41 chipset, that's for Intel Core 2 CPUs. There have been 4 new Intel CPU generations since then.

If your mobo is faulty, you might wanna look into just getting current tech. Upgrade from Core 2 Duo/Quad to something modern.

okay, thanks for all the help :) I need that board to replace a foulty one, and I can't change the CPU, because it's my mum's pc, and she wont let me. Thanks again!

She won't let you change the cpu?!? … (LOL -- My mum LOVES it when I swing by for a visit and swap out old parts of her PC with my discards!)

Dude, explain to her you'd have to remove it ANYWAY to replace the dying motherboard.

A modest (cpu + ram + motherboard) upgrade is logically more sound than hunting down an OLD motherboard. Of course, those kind of changes would require a reformat of her PC … She might not like that.

You can swap out the motherboard for a other brand and model as well, as long the CPU socket and RAM modules fit.

This has basically the same specs as yours
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157359&cm_re=socket_775_motherboard-_-13-157-359-_-Product

However and you should explain her that, this socket is slowly dissappearing, therefore the few remaining motherboards are quite overpriced and give a inferior perfomance compored current tech standards.

Run CPUZ[www.cpuid.com] on the system (if it is still operational) and then run the Validator. Then when it goes to the website, it produces a unique web URL; share that with us please so we can see what CPU and RAM you have exactly. Just to help ensure we can recommend a motherboard that will work for your setup.
