i7 is useful when you also do some video or photo editing but just for gaming the gain is not much.
Thanks for your quick and straight forward reply. Maybe I will get it when the price comes down below $300, $275 or less, just to have an i7. It just occurred to me that the 760GTX have 1-6pin and 1-8pin, my PSU has only 2-6pins, one for each 660GTX. Thanks again, I will take it under advisement. I have a antec 850 that may work, just have to make the time to change it out.

And if u can wait a month or two for NVIDIA 800 series, might be good idea. Even if u don't end up buying that series, the prices will be dropping on the 700 series. 600 series are a waste unless u already have those, don't bother.
EDIT:
Since u seem to already have the 660s and 760s on-hand, SLI 760s is the obvious choice. Ditch the 660s or put them to use elsewhere. Your Board+CPU are already decent enough. I'd suggest wait for the next Chipset and/or CPU Series/Socket before upgrading that. Maybe wait til X99 & DDR4 are here fully and there are more of them to choose from.
