Prebuilt gaming pc (under $700)

Hello, I'm trying to find a gaming desktop for my Mom and step dad. $700 is the highest they can spend. They play games like Broken sword, Oddworld, Walking Dead, & Deponia. So it does not need to be a power house. I live on the other side of the state so prebuilt would be the best option. Im not quite sure which prebuilt computer would be best. So anything would help thanx.

Would they get along ok with Windows 8?
Or would they prefer Windows 7?

Vast majority of PC bundles at that price range are simply rubbish designed to screw you over with inferior or weak parts, most common trick is powerful CPU paired with horrible office graphics card and calling it MegaUltra Gaming PC.
