60 FPS doesn't feel smooth like videos
The title says it all, basically whenever I am playing some game on 60 or 60+ FPS it is not smooth as my shadowplay records. Same goes with Youtube videos in 60 FPS, it just feels more smooth than my 60 FPS in game.

What can be cause of this? Thanks.

Specs:

GTX 1070 8GB
i5 6600 3,3GHz
16 GB RAM DDR4

You mean a recording? Or while you are playing without recording?

Both, in fact recording doesn't have any impact on my framerate whatsoever. When I am playing some games I sometimes record it with shadowplay, then I watch the video later and it feels more smooth and faster than experience I had previously in game.
check your var in game
That's because videos are not interactive.

To be smooth in game you'd need a substantially faster frame rate as gaming involves an interactive feedback loop.

E.g. Try this with an uncapped frame rate in options.

If it doesn't feel smooth the problem is elsewhere.

It should run at over 1,000 frames per second.

Videos are already rendered. Gaming renders on the fly. Thats why it will never look as smooth as a video.

Okay, so no matter the rig, the game will always look less smooth than rendered videos, do I understand it right?
