115 - 129*C is usually a sensor that does not exist, or is faulty.
Check the temps on CPU and GPU, but first play a game like ARK you like for about few mins, so I know what your temps is at when it's underload. if the Temp for CPU and GPU are at or below 70c, then it's all fine.
Also by reading what you said for CPU at idle if I am right, then it sound like a false reading, trust me, if your mobo was that hot, it would of affected your other parts as well. Mobo reading can be wrong sometimes.

GPU max reached 72c MAX (mafia as low as 60c
CPU max was 50c but roughly 45c

Its a false reading.
only readings to be concerned about are the CPUs temps
