No signal on monitor, no beep sound
Hello. My PC doesn't work. When the power is on there is no beep sound, no signal on monitor, but all fans start to spin. Everything is new.
Microprocessor: AMD A10 7890K.
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3HP.
Power supply: EVGA, 500W.
RAM: 4 x Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz.
Video card: Radeon R7 integrated into the microrprocessor.

I tested the HDD and the monitor, they are OK.
I changed the BIOS battery and reset the BIOS, nothing happens.
I removed the RAM and started the PC: no signal on monitor and no beep sound but the fans spin.
I removed the microprocessor and started the PC: no signal on monitor and no beep sound but the fans spin.
I installed a video card on the PCI Express slot: no signal on monitor and no beep sound but the fans spin.

What is dead, the motherboard or the microprocessor?

Things you can give a try.

> Try one ram stick at a time.
> Make sure all power cables are not loose.
> If you're using aftermarket large cooler, make sure it's not pushing on the ram stick.
> Try CPU on a spare computer.

It could be the motherboard, PSU, or the CPU. I'm not 100% sure. If you bought them today or last night, go back to the store, and exchange the mobo, and if that doesn't fix the problem, then it might be the CPU, do the same thing, exchange it as well.

The last resort, is taking your rig to the repair shop.

Depends on the mobo although there should be a error code
If you get no beeps it's either mobo or psu the rest should output a error code

Check that the Case Speaker is plugged in correctly.
As it would give audio codes via that for "No CPU installed" or "No RAM installed"
Most Motherboard have a single short beep when they have a successful POST, but not all do that.

Test the basics; all outside of a Case... that is where you start.

Even know the Motherboard may be new to you, reset the CMOS via jumper anyways, cause it won't hurt, but it might help.
I bought another MoBo, an Asus A88X-Plus, and now it works fine.
Thank you all for yours comments.
