If problems still the same if tested on other PC's, then it's most likely the mouse issue itself.
> Uninstall the driver as well the Logitech Gaming Software, mouse will reinstall itself, but you need to reinstall the Logitech Gaming Software.
If uninstall and reinstall fixed the problem, driver/software somehow became corrupted, or having some type issue conflict.
> Use other USB ports.
If it work in other USB ports just fine, something wrong with just that one USB port.

It is a Mouse, what Drivers... software for those are completely optional.
If you continue to have issues, call the Logitech Support #, you'll have a replacement on the way within a short time of explaining the issues to them.
