R7 360 is two tiers below GTX 750 Ti.
Both of those cards are not even entry level for gaming anymore, minimum I would currently use would be GTX 950, RX 460, R7 370.
Not even entry level? While getting 150fps max setting 1080p on cs go?
CS GO is not exactly example of modern demanding game, even potato can run this. Try running Witcher 3 and you will see the difference.
I dont have the game.
It has similar performance to that of a GTX 950 while being similar in price.

See thats the thing
You use a user based site that has MANY different PC configurations rather than a STATIC Configuration.
I go by this http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1670?vs=1662
Yes the GTX 950 is newer, yes it has advantages over the 750 Ti but as one can plainly see it isnt a HUGE improvement. The 750 Ti still handles itself pretty well.
The MAIN difference between the 2 are Non Reference models of the GTX 950, ASUS STRIX and so forth which have even more of an advantage, but with that comes a higher price. But Non Reference 750 Ti's do pretty well themselves also.
It all comes down to price.
And the 750 Ti handles itself pretty well.
Regarding your link, the benchmarks show a clear advantage that confirms the benchmarks in my link.
As for your question, i cant really say, its been a while since ive messed with Minecraft.
