Buy better CPU Cooler and add more/better Case Fans.
It is not really an issue with 2nd/3rd/4th/6th Gen Intel CPUs unless you are hitting 90*C+
Now on some models of Pentium or i3; the max temp is lower; but those really should never even reach near that kind of a high temp, even with Intel Stock Cooler.
Buying any i5 or i7; ditch the Intel CPU Cooler for a good 3rd party one that is quiet, but can also keep the CPU much cooler; even at max.
When is the last time you blown out all the dust, or replaced the thermal paste on the CPU?
Get a better CPU Cooler, such as this

CPU still great, may I ask what kind of temps do you get when you're playing your games?
They often come in a 2x Pack for around $25
Yes buy a Case that has options for all of the fans being at least 120/140 mm in size for the various placements it support. Cases with 80mm fans should just be tossed out. As those are from the old days (like from the days of AMD Socket-A) I mean who buys newer cases with 80mm fan placements?
Whats your budget for a New Case and CPU Cooler?
