Not 'in game', but you can run a background software like HWMonitor to keep track.

i'm using HWmonitor and I was told if I alt tab to check it, it's not accurate since the game is running in the background.

MSI Afterburner + Rivatuner should be able to display CPU temps in the Rivatuner overlay.

If Alt+Tab is too much hard work, you can use something like MSI Afterburner and activate its overlay. Personally I'm against having too many overlays cuz there's always a chance of screwing up the game rendering.

As said
MSI Afterburner is what you need.
Set up the On Screen Display

For apps like HWMonitor or OpenHardwareMonitor, you can simply click "Clear / Reset Min&Max" at various times, when you feel the need.

Then go into game, test for a bit, then ALT+Tab and look at the "Max" that was reported.

Msi afterburner. You'll need to install the riva tuner thing so don't uncheck the box during installation.

You'll need to enable the onscreen display for each thing you want:

go to settings (click on the cog/circle with pokey lines sticking out of it)

go to monitoring tab

click on the check mark by gpu temperature and select from below show in on screen display (if you can't then click on the gpu temperature check mark one more time)

do this for cpu temperature (not 1, 2, 3 etc... just the unnumbered one), memory clock, core clock

press apply and press ok to exit.

then start the game

Also on the main screen at the top of the graph you can click on detach to see the graphs better. You can add and monitor stuff there also.
