Streaming Games has to be done via a Local Network, if they are PC Games from say, Steam, etc... This is pretty much a given, that is also how Steam Link works. However the above newer devices support "GeForce Now" which is a PC Game Streaming Online Service; allowing you to stream certain games while on the go. Like away from your host gaming PC, but still able to get online via 3G/4G Cell Service or a WiFi connection.
I would look at the Tablet K1 if you want something good, on-the-go.
It is quite powerful for the pricing, and pretty much stomps those other Android Tablets out there.
Overall there were too many limitations to the Portable version.
However, I'm not exactly sure what the performance levels will be for either. I'm waiting to see the GPD Win release for reviews to come out and for the benchmarks of the Smach Z to be released.
