But i dont like mobile games, already have an android smartphone,i want to play a few my favorite PC games,do not require high system requirements.
You saying that, when the OP wants to play certain "Windows OS" Games...
So hmm yea.
But overall; none of those cheap tablets will do the job. A tablet that will be good enough; will cost as much as half-decent laptop.
Cherry Trail CPU's are actually pretty strong compared to the old BayTrail ones.
Be that is it may, you still ain't playing Shogun 2 on it lol. You could stream games to it though.
You could probably play Shogun 1 from 1999-2000 on a machine like this and you could use such a tablet for retro gaming with DosBox or 90's PC games from Gog.com. Or these tablets could happily play emulators from the 80's and 90's. But games beyond 2001, forget it.
Tablets like these are perfect for general browsing of the web, watching HD YouTube videos and other video streams, they just aren't meant for gaming.
No ATOM + Intel GPU from those crappy specs will run full blow WinOS games from Steam. Maybe low requirement indie games, side-scrollers, or Flash Games from say Pogo and such; aside from that you need better specs to run WinOS games that require DirectX/OpenGL
Wtf you all talking about?
Flash Games???? What generation intel atom do you mean? Its Quad core tablets with dx11,look at this Irbis TW43 ( https://youtu.be/l753nN13uL0?t=348 ) - flatout 2,CS GO,Morrowind,Half life 2. All low end tablets have Intel Atom 3735(G)(F)(E) and intel hd.Maybe for perfect need 2 GB RAM.Maybe i can launch shogun2 with this specs.
Even CS GO and HL 2,its not bad.

i can do that with my android smartphone.
I think you could play Shogun 2 if you accept that you wouldn't be able to play the actual real time battle sections, at least not epic battles involving thousands of troops on each side. You could play it as pure strategy and auto resolve the battles, if you could get the game to launch that is.
Real time battles would be a real struggle on a low end system like this as the Total War games demand a high end CPU and lots of free RAM. Plus, these games can have path-finding issues with units which can cause the game to go into a slide show even on Desktop gaming rigs. I know, I've played them.
