case includes screws for the mobo, gpu and a few drives
most hdd/ssd include 4 screws
antistatic wrist strap is not needed
just handle components by thier grounds and they will be ok
Ive built dozens of PC's over the past 15 years and can say anti static wristbands are not needed.
And zip ties usually come with Case and/or the Power Supply.
All you need is look over your Motherboard Manual and that #2 phillips screw-driver; that and patience.
Being a new builder, look up some PC building tutorials/guides from well known veteran builder types on YouTube. NCIX (Linus) Tech Tips videos alone can pretty much answer most general build questions, show you first hand via many building how-tos, as well as cover other hardware & OS questions.
You can go to the official branded model page for your Motherboard you intend to buy, download and read the PDF manual before ever getting the motherboard. Not to mention go download Win10 OS and all your Motherboard & GPU Drivers before you even get your new parts in the mail.
